We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Malhaar Fragrances. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free refund and exchange policy.

Return Policy:

- You have up to 7 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.

- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received, with all original packaging intact.

Refund Process:

- Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method within 7 working days.

Exchange Policy:

- We also offer exchanges for a different perfume variant within the same price range.

- If the exchange perfume has a different price, the price difference, along with any applicable delivery charges, will be deducted or charged accordingly.
